Donald Ray West

Donald Ray West of Sunnyvale, born September 25, 1940, passed away June 14, 2019. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Billy Gene, George Emerson “Buster”, Jimmy Wayne, Johnny Dale and Jerry Lynn. Donald was born in Whitesboro, Texas to Nannie Belle and William Carbrey “Bill” West.He graduated from Gainesville High School.He attended A&M for his polygraph training and was a polygraph examiner for 28 years until his passing.He was a loving father and husband.He is survived by his wife, Merial; daughter, Kathy Spruell and husband, Johnny of Clayton, Oklahoma, and her children, Jaimee Conley and Lucas Conley; his great-granddaughter, Jaedyn and his son, Donald Ray, Jr. and wife, Karen of Clayton, Oklahoma; grandson, Justin of Massachusetts; brother, Jerry Lynn of New Boston, Texas and his wife, Lisa and children, Tyler and Olivia.
