MAYFIELD, Don of Sunnyvale, born October 27, 1937, passed away July 15, 2006. Preceded in death by brothers, Charles & J. A. Mayfield. Survived by wife, Phyllis Mayfield of Sunnyvale; son, Donnie Wayne Mayfield of Farmers Branch; daughters, Vickie Reedy & husband, Keith of Knoxville, Keli Mayfield of Dallas; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Alba Sue Miller & husband, Carl of Mesquite, Ruth Ehrenberger & husband, Tommy of Dallas; severalnieces. Service will be 10:00AM Wednesday July 19, 2006 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
