Dianne (Bettinger) Moore of Rowlett, Tx, passed away July 31, 2015. Dianne was born on August 27, 1942 in Waco, Tx. to Julius Edward Bettinger and Belle (Gaylor) Bettinger. Dianne graduated from Waco High School in 1960.After graduation, she began working at First National Bank of Waco. She and William (Bill)R. Moore III were married November 18, 1961, and in August 1962 they moved to Huntsville, Tx.She worked for the state in Hunstville, Austin and Denton from 1962 to 1967. On May 1, 1967 she gave birth to her only child, Melissa Dawn (Moore) Henry. She was a stay at home mom until late 1968, when she began working as a legal secretary and office administrator in 1968 until her retirement in 2008. Dianne cared for and deeply loved her family and friends.She always put their well being above her own. Dianne is preceded in death by her parents, Julius Edward Bettinger and Belle (Gaylor) Bettinger. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William (Bill) R. Moore III; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Richard Henry; grandsons, Cory Ryan Henry and Nicholas Reid Henry; sister and brother-in-law, Billy and Melba Robinson; brother-in-law Bob Moore; nieces and nephews, Cheryl (Robinson)Flores, Ed Robinson, Tamera (Moore) Mooney, and Kevin Moore. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 21st at 11:30AM at New Hope Funeral Home, Sunnyvale, TX, followed by a memorial service beginning at noon.Immediately following the service family will have a time of fellowship and a lunch.Details to be announced. In lieu of flowers, we would like to ask that people donate to "Lupus Foundation of America" http://www.lupus.org/.
