Diane Svrcek born August 8, 1947, passed away August 3, 2008.Preceded in death by father, Clyde Carpenter and mother, Johnnie Thorpe and step-father, Joe Thorpe; brother Bobby Carpenter.Survived by husband of 36 years, Joe Svrcek and son, Rob Svrcek; sister-in-law, Jean Carpenter and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at St Michaels Catholic Church, 950 Trails Parkway, Garland, Texas.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
