Debra Ruth Smith, 66, of Garland,Tx passed away on Saturday October 5, 2019. Services will he held at 2pm on Sunday October 13th at Inspiration Church at 1233 N. Belt Line Rd In Mesquite,Tx with Bob Cavin officiating. Debra was born in Garland, TX to Clell D. Hosey and Altha Hosey on August 7,1953. She was an employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield for the last ten years. She was a loving mother, Mima, and friend who was completely devoted to her family. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Alys and Jay Dill, son Bryant Smith and his girlfriend Amy Jo Saenz, two grandchildren Taylor and Landen Smith, seven step-grandchildren, Jace, Hailey, Bryce, Lana, Lincoln, Lauren, Elaine and great grandson Harrison.
