Debra Marie Hamilton

June 3, 1953 — November 17, 2019

Debbie Hamilton went to be with her Lord on November 17. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Page, her dad, Al Page, her sister, Linda Peterson, her brother, Bob Page, a niece, Kelli McLeod, and a nephew, Scott Peterson. She is survived by her husband,Jim Hamilton, and her brother, Gary Page. Debbie was born and raised in Torrance, California, graduated from high school and went to work. She attended first Baptist Church of Redondo Beachwhere she accepted Jesus into her heart at the ministry of her Sunday school teacher, Betty Huckelberry. She married Jim in 1978 and celebrated her 41st wedding anniversary in October of this year. She had moved with her husband to Texas in 1983 and became a member of first Baptist Church of Euless where she taught in the children’s ministry and volunteered at the library. God called her and her husband to first Baptist Dallas just before the opening of the new campus and she joined the alto section of the choir where she made so many great friends. She was an encourager, always positive in her outlook on life, and was loved for her smile. She is sorely missed by many, especially her husband.
