Deborah Jean Wilkes

Deborah Jean Egly Wilkes, January 9, 1954 " October 18, 2012. After a 3 year battle with cancer, Deborah passed away peacefully at her home in Garland. Deborah was born in Brownsville, raised in Richardson, and graduated from J.J. Pearce High School. She held a BA from Texas Tech and masters in Speech Language Pathology from the University of North Texas. She is survived by her husband, Steven Wilkes, children Paul and Amy, and brother Victor Egly along with countless other friends and family who were blessed to know her. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday, October 22 at 1pm at Highland Oaks Church of Christ, 10805 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas. The family will be receiving visitors at New Hope Funeral Home 500 East Highway 80, Sunnyvale, Texas Sunday, October 21 from 2 to 4.
