Dean Marvin Taylor

Dean Marvin Taylor of Sunnyvale, born October 1, 1941, passed away April 10, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, Marvin B. Taylor, Mary Lou Taylor; brother, Glen Taylor; daughter, Deana Taylor. Survived by wife of 14 years, Joyce Taylor; children, Eric Taylor & wife, Debby, Austin Taylor; step-children, Becky Johnson & husband, Wade, Michael Zambrano & wife, Sarah; grandchilden, Ashly Taylor, Steven Taylor, Tom Delacerta, Allison Ramsey; great grandchildren, Myra Delacerta, Riley Burges, Erica Taylor; numerous nieces and nephews. Dean proudly served his country as an Army Warrant Officer helicopter pilot during two tours of duty during the Vietnam War.He served in a professional capacity as a master plumber owner and operator of his own business for many years. Dean was also the Project Manager on many local and international job sites for Proman International.As well Dean was an avid bass fisherman, kick boxer, swimmer and passionate world traveler.He was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him including his precious poodle Scarlet. A memorial service will be 2:00PM Thursday April 14, 2016 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX.
