Dawn Price

Dawn was born March 6th 1959 and went to be with her lord Dec 30th 2008 . She fought a long courageous battle with cancer never giving up even until the end. She passed away at home surrounded by her husband and close friends with her faithful dog Dixie never leaving her side for the last week of her life. She is survived by her husband Charles Price, son Charles Price II , son Daniel Price, mother Doris Wigley , sister Diane Conrad , brother in law Chuck Conrad , sister Dana Pearce, nephew Dustin Pearce, niece Emily Pearce, nephew Aaron Pearce. Dawn is preceded in Death by her father Albert Homer Wigley Dawn is a long time native of Dallas. She graduated from Hillcrest High School. She and her husband Charles were married in 1978 and raised two boys. She was a devoted mother, loving wife and wonderful home maker. She enjoyed gardening. Her favorite time of year was Christmas Holidays when she enjoyed decorating inside & out and making Christmas dinner for all the family & close friends. Dawn was also very active in Mesquite and North Texas Soccer Association,volunteering in various aspects. She played, coached, managed, and scheduled soccer teams and functions for over 20 years. Her service to help and encourage youth soccer was especially noteworthy. Memorial services for Dawn will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 1:00 PM.
