David loved riding his motorcycle with his dogs trailing behind him on their special trailer. The dogs wore special helments and googles to protect them. People would drive by, wave and honk their horns in sheer delight. He had so many jokes that he would tell you at one time, it would put stitches in your side from laughing so hard. With all this laughter it would make you like you were at a comedy club. In fact, people would call David when they needed a joke for a pick-me-up when they were having a bad day at work. David’s goal or some might call it his legacy was to make people laugh. David loved his family very much, even the extended family at Dallas County Juvenile Courts, where his wife worked.
