Danny Ray Sipes of Kaufman, Texas passed away at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas at the age of 58 from complications of liver and kidney disease on September 9, 2020.  He was born on November 10, 1961 in Dallas, Texas to Deedra and Larry Sipes.  He grew up in Balch Springs, Texas and faithfully attended church with his family and received Jesus Christ as his Savior at an early age.  He was a high school graduate of Garland Christian Academy.

Danny is preceded in death by his father, Larry Dean Sipes and survived by his mother, Deedra Jan (Hurley).   He married his loving and devoted wife of 24 years, Carolyn Diane (Wood), on June 22, 1996.  Together they had one son, Colton Ray Sipes.  Danny is also survived by his older brother James Dean Sipes; younger brother William Brady Sipes and his wife Tonya along with their daughter Samantha and son Johnathan; youngest sibling and sister Janet Lynn Sipes.  He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved and who loved him.  Danny was a winner in life with all of the friendships he developed throughout his lifetime.  He will be greatly missed.
