TEW, Danelle Kay - slipped away to be with Jesus at Baylor - Sunnyvale Medical Center in Sunnyvale, Texas on September 28, 2024. She was 69 years old.
Danelle was born January 10, 1955, in Minot, North Dakota, the daughter of Wesley Dale and Carol Ann (Weinberger) Belzer. She married December 22, 2012, at Dallas Central Church of the Nazarene in Dallas, Texas, Vernon Tew. She was a member of Faith Fellowship Church of the Nazarene in Terrell.
Danelle enjoyed anything to do with reading, cross stitch, collecting penguin figurines, and John Denver. She worked for several companies including KPMG, and last worked at In House Plumbing in Garland. She retired in 2017.
Danelle was predeceased by her father; a sister, Diane Swindell; niece and husband Jenny and Thomas Holland; and grandnephew Wesley Lexa.
Danelle is survived by her husband, of Mesquite; daughter Amy Dunaway of Kansas City, Missouri; son Ryan Ribble of Mesquite; bonus daughter Patricia Wood of North Richland Hills, bonus sons Christopher Tew of Dallas and Daniel Tew of Nashville, Tennessee; three grandsons, two bonus granddaughters and one bonus grandson; one great-granddaughter; her mother, Carol, of Forney; her mother-in-law, Elaine Tew, of Howell, Michigan; brothers Dayle (Norma) of Mesquite and Doug (Cindy) of Whitehouse; sister Donita (Chip) Willis of Kaufman; brothers-in-law Mike Swindell of Rockwall and James (Shannon) Tew of Angola, Indiana; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be on October 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Cemetery in Sunnyvale, with visitation at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
