Dan Warren Willis

WILLIS, Dan Warren of Garland, born March 23, 1924, in Sherwood, Tennessee, passed away August 11, 2005. He was assistant minister at Alpha Christian Center.He loved fishing, working with glass and above all, he loved to talk about the Lord Jesus and the Bible. Preceded in death by father, Thomas Gregory Willis; mother, Eliza Leah Allison; brothers, Sye, James, Taylor; sister, Kate Willis. Survived by wife, Carrie L. Willis: son, Tom Willis; daughters, Ann Pritchett and Linda Barnes; grandchildren, Michael Willis, Jennifer Willis, Jessica Willis, Jacqueline Willis, Danny Ray Mothersell, Carrie Ann Camp, Frankie Mothersell, Kaycee Pritchett, Linda Kaye Stallings, Keele Barnes (Key-Lee); and many great grandchildren. Services will be 11:00AM Monday, August 15, 2005 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
