Consuelo Montes Mendoza

Consuelo Montes Mendoza passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019. She was born in Dallas, Texas on April 11, 1944. She was married to Martin C. Mendoza on December 31, 1977. Consuelo dedicated her heart to the Lord at the age of 10 at Calvary Baptist Church in Grand Prairie. She had a long and successful career as a customer service representative in the medical supply industry. Consuelo is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, AJ and Margarita Montes, and two great granddaughters, Brianna and Isabella Stephenson. She is survived by her husband, Martin C. Mendoza; five siblings: Paul Montez, Andrew Montes, Ernestina Chankaya, Gilbert Montes and Willie Montes; four children: Eugene Whitley, Darrell Whitley, Teresa Koehl and Daniel Mendoza, and their spouses; fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to The National Kidney Foundation. Flowers may be sent to Visitation or Memorial Service.
