Connie Jean Wade

Connie Jean Wade age 75, of Forney, TX, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020. She was born April 2, 1945 in Vernon, TX to Chalmer Lowell Wade and Margie Marie Cameron Wade. Connie loved everybody and was very loved. She was handicapped but loved to make cards for everyone and her cards made us laugh. She always gave lots of kisses that were always somewhat slobbery but she was so insistent that most of us let her. If you told Connie your problem she would grab your hand and start praying for you right then no matter where you were. Connie loved the Dallas Cowboys and it didn’t matter if they were winning or not. She loved to talk and always ask Deena to talk with her woman to woman. Connie was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Marie Johns and father, Chalmer Lowell Wade and aunts and uncles. She is survived by her sister, Deena Harvey and husband Larry of Forney, TX; and many nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Fellowship Forney, 417 Pinson Rd., Forney, TX. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM, also at the church, officiated by Rick Lemons and Lance Raymond. Interment will be at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Wichita Falls. Pallbearers will be Danny Chapman, Joseph Chapman, Michael Hall, Timothy Hall, Caleb Knights and Noah Schreiber.
