COLTHARP, Cone Barry "Sonny" of Dallas, born June 12, 1935,in Cobb Switch, Texas,to Ruth (Barry) and Cone L .Coltharp and passed away October 7, 2013 in Dallas, TX. Sonny married his high school sweetheart, Mary Ann Richardson on September 3, 1955.They had one son, Mikel B. Coltharp. Sonny is preceded in death byhis parents and his wife, Mary Ann. Sonny is survived by his son Mike & daughter-in-law, Susan; one granddaughter, Brittany Coltharp Deford.He is also survived by three great grandchildren who were the light of his life, Isabella, Wyatt and Jaxon.He is also survived by his sister, Ruth Ann & her husband and Sonny's best friend, Billy Spradling and their children, Don & wife, Dianne, Gary & wife, Brandi, and Tim & wife Cheryl; numerous grandnieces and grandnephews. He retired from All-Tex Pipe and Supply as Vice President in 2001, leaving behind another loved family of Rosie Redden and her daughter, Jill Brock Hurd.He was blessed with many friends that he loved and loved him in return. Service will be 12:00Noon Friday October 11, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral home from 5PM - 7PM. Interment will be in Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
