Survived by parents, David & Shelby Phelps; brother, Jared Phelps; sister, Madison Phelps; grandparents, John & Sherry Culver, Paula & Jerry Holt. Service will 10:00AM Wednesday November 5, 2008 at Robinwood Baptist Church, 111 N. Stark Rd., Seagoville, TX. 75159. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM " 8:00PM.
