Clarence Peter Orzechowski

Clarence P. Orzechowski, 82, of Toledo,Ohio, died peacefully on December 27, 2016 in Mesquite, Texas.Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Toledo on Saturday, January 7, at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Clarence was born in Toledo to Joseph and Harriet Orzechowski on December 6, 1934. He married the love of his life, Rosemary on May 11th 1957.He served in the United States Army form 1957-1959 and joined the Toledo Police Department in 1965serving until retirement in 1990. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, golf, the Cleveland Browns and Detroit Red Wings. He also enjoyed bowling in tournaments on a national level and singing in the church choir. Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Rosemary; son David and Lisa Orzechowsi; daughter, Marie Cruz; seven grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his son, Paul, his parents, Joseph and Harriet, brother, Raymond and sister, Dolores. The family also wishes to extend their gratitude to the Waterford Retirement Community in Mesquite, Texas for their support in his final days.
