TROUT, Charles Ray of Terrell, born January 13, 1944, passed away March 27, 2012. Charles was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a coach. He was a plumber by trade. He served proudly in the U. S. Army. He coached little league baseball and pee wee football in Mesquite for 20 years. The children he coached were his second family. He loved his family, believed in hard work and loved his country. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Tina Ruth Branton, his step-father, Buddy Caves, his grandmother and grandfather and many aunts and uncles. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carolyn Jean Trout and his children, Jan Scheunemann, Bobby Trout, Sandra Goodwin and Terry Trout. He is also survived by his brother, William Robert Trout and sister-in-law, Joanne Trout. He leaves behind grandchildren, Brian Gustafson, Ryan Hogue, Brittany Trout, Jordan Smith, Katelyn Trout, Morgan Trout, Megan Trout, Taylen Goodwin and Luke Trout; great grandchildren, Xzavien Ware and Cameron Maitifano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Service will be 2:30PM Friday March 30, 2012 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
