Preceded in death by son, Mike Shappard; Survived by wife of 57 years, Catherine; children, David Shappard, Timothy Shappard and Shana Reid; grandchildren, Jennifer Millar, Steven Reid, Kenneth Reid, Michael Reid, Matt Reid, Dawn Shappard and Timothy Shappard; great grandchildren, Kayla Millar and Tyler Millar. Service will be 1:00PM Saturday December 18, 2010 at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, TX. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00PM " 8:00PM. Interment will e 3:30PM Saturday Decemer 18, 2010 at Itasca City Cemetery, Itasca, TX.
