Meadows, Jr. Charles E. "Chuck" was born on November 8, 1945 in Galveston, TX. to Charles E. "Jake" Meadows, Sr. and Loreta "Rita" (Tyler) Meadows. He passed away November 12, 2007. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Meadows and his sister, Roseanne Meadows. He is survived by his wife, Mary Meadows, his son, Charles E. "Trey" Meadows, III and his wife, Tracy and his children, Paige and Charles E. "Ivy" Meadows, IV of Knoxville, TN.His daughter, Jennifer and her husband, Mark Wohleb and their children, Lane, Jenna, and Trace of Santa Fe, TX.; father, Charles E. (Jake) Meadows, Sr;His step-son, Stephen Wolston and his wife, Brenda and their child, Brady McCauley of Sunnyvale, TX.He is also survived by his brother, John David Meadows of Fort Lauderdale, FL. And his former wife, Ellen Johnson of Santa Fe, TX. Chuck was employed by Avesta Welding as the Technical Representative.He was widely known and respectd in his field as an authority on anything to do with the welding procedures for stainless steel. Chuck was a member of Sunnyvale First Baptist Church and truly loved everyone in his church family. Service will be 11:00AM Thursday November 15, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Belt Line Rd., Sunnyvale, TX.75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to all at the Presbyterian Radiation Oncology Department and the Oncology Floor in the Jackson Building at Presbyterian Hospital for the loving, compassionate care that they provided for Chuck.
