Survived by wife, Angela Dvorsky; daughter, Annika Marie Dvorsky; brother, Andrew Dvorsky; sister, Ellen OConnor. Service will be 10:00AM Monday June 1, 2009 at the chapel of First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Beltline Rd., Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon at the funeral home from 2:00PM " 4:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a trust fund set up for Angela and Baby Annika at the Community Bank of Rowlett, 5900 Rowlett Rd., Rowlett, TX.
