Duane Alexander, 40, of Mesquite, Texas went to be with the Lord December 16, 2010. He was born in Dallas, Texas February 12, 1970 to Sue and the late Cecil LaVonne Alexander. Duane enjoyed time with his many family members growing up. He loved to fish and was a fan of wrestling attending many wrestling events with his cousins. He also loved going to amusement parks. He lived a life enjoying conversations on a front porch with lots of laughs with family or dinner gatherings. He was happy and loved the many simple things life had to offer. His best friend was his mother who seen after him on a daily basis and spent much time with him. Duane would tell her nightly, youve been the best Mama in the whole world, I love you, and she would respond with the same. Duane is survived by his Mother Sue, and Step- Father, Bill Hendricks, Sister, Trisha Alexander, Step- Grandfather, Elvis Cox, Step Sister, Karrissa Clayton, Step Brother, Kelly Hendricks. He also leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Duane was met in heaven by his Father, Cecil Alexander, Grandparents, Charlie James Sanders, Mama Nell and Dick, Granny Cox and Grandpa Cecil. Also by his Uncle Tubby Morton and Uncle Jack Sanders, Uncle James and Aunt Betty Guest and Cousins, Steve Henderson, LaShawn Sanders and Michael Hocutt. Duane leaves behind many treasured memories; most can be remembered with laughter. He was loved and will be missed dearly.
