Cathie Lenelle Wagner was born on November 19, 1948 in Pittsburg, Texas to O.B. and Avis Richardson. She passed away on April 18, 2009. Survived by her husband of 40 years, Jim Wagner; daughter, Jill Shanette Wagner; granddaughters, Tiffany Strauser and Shelly Strauser. Also survived by her brother Elan Richardson of Bullard, Texas. Service will be Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM at New Hope Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be at the Pleasant Retreat Cemetery in Tyler, Texas at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2009.
