Carrie Elizabeth Couch born June 4, 1932 in Maud, Texas to Ellis and Earsie Burgess, passed away on February 14, 2012.? She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Couch; daughter, Sharon Couch Sanchez; parents, Ellis and Earsie Burgess; brother, Franz Burgess; sister, Pat Willingham. Carrie is survived by her daughter Tammy Murphy.? Also survived by grandchildren Clint Rylant and wife Amber, Kelly Newton and husband Jeremy, Elizabeth Jordan and husband Jamie; great grandchildren, Robby Rylant, Lura Rylant, Tara Rylant, Samantha Rylant, Tyler Jordan, Kimberly Newton, Justin Jordan, Jessie Newton, Sean Zephrow and Mika Zephrow; brother, Larry Burgess; sisters, Quincy Stuckmeyer, Glenda Pool, Mary Erwin and one great great granddaughter, Isabelle Rylant. Funeral Services will be Friday, February 17th at 12 noon. Family will receive friends prior to service from 10 am to 12 noon. Service will Friday, February 17 at 12:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home.?
