CONSTANTINE, CAROLYN CROUCH, born January 25, 1926 to James Marshall and Rachel Brown Crouch, surrounded by the love and care of her family during her final journey, passed away May 27, 2007. Granny C received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas in 1946.She was Vice President of the McGregor Milling and Grain Co responsible for the operations of the Houston TX branch. She was an active member of a number of churches; First Methodist Church of McGregor TX, First United Methodist Church of Muskegon MI, Interdenominational Church of April Sound, Montgomery TX, and the First United Methodist Church of Forney TX. A beloved wife, mother, and friend, Granny C loved her family naming it the greatest contribution in her life.Her favorite times were a home filled with family, good food, and celebration of life.Her unconditional love, compassion, and sweetness were noted by those she touched in her every day walk through life. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Dale, and a son, David Constantine.She is survived by her brother, James Marshall Crouch, Jr., brother-in-law, Jim Constantine of Waterloo IA, daughters, Karen Anderson of Mesquite TX, Jean and Jerry Constantine of Kansas City KS; sons, John and Joyce Hogan of Orlando FL, Bill and Helen Constantine of Troy MI, Al and Paula Hogan of Forney TX, daughter-in-law, Betty Constantine of Arlington TX; grandchildren, Aaron and Susanne Anderson, Allison and Chad Merrick, Ashlie and Terry Bagley, Marty and Laura Zebreski, Justin and Jennifer Hogan, Joshua and Kristin Hogan, Jordan Hogan, Heather and Jason Bierlein, Lori Constantine, Jim Constantine, Sara Constantine, Joel Constantine, Brittany Hogan, Austin Hogan; great grandchildren, Seth, Luke, and Olivia Zebreski, Jack and Jase Hogan, Jacob Hogan. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church, 414 W. Broad St., Forney TX 75126.There will be a visitation after the service in the McLain Family Life Center adjoining the church.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church - Discipleship Building Fund for completion of the second floor.
