Survived by children: Cheryl Belk-Jackson & husband, Kevin, April Gonzales; Mother: Shirley Belk; Father: Francis Belk; Grandchildren: Joshua, Alexis, Korina, Sergio, Joel, Olivia, Kevin, Jr.; Brother: Donny Belk; Sisters: Glenda Kay Belk-Kingham & husband, Kevin, Patricia Isaac; Numerous nieces & nephews. Service will be 12:00 Noon Tuesday July 14, 2009 at New Hope Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00PM "8:00PM.
