Charles Breithaupt & wife, Bonnie; cousins, Kristi Cequina & husband, Walter, Shannon Anderson & husband, Chris, Natalie Cox & husband, Bryan, Kristen Puckett, Tina Puckett & Fiance' Bruce West, Brittany Lemons, Blake Lemons; uncle, David Lemons & wife, Leslie, Aunt, Daynna Puckett & husband, Paul; mother-in-law, Wanda Dietz; sister-in-law, Michele Dietz; father-in-law, Dwayne Dietz & wife, Janet. Memorial service will be 1:00PM Saturday April 25, 2009 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 417 Pinson Rd., Forney, TX. 75126.
