Billy Eugene Stone

Billy Eugene Stone, was born August 9, 1952 in Dallas, TX and passed away on September 29, 2009 in Franklin, TN at the age of 57. Billy was preceded in death by his father and mother, William Samuel (Bill to some, Cowboy to many) and Gloria Helen Bolin Stone, his younger brother Rickey Lynn Stone and his father-in-law Bubber Johnson. Billy is survived by his eldest son Matthew Cade Stone and wife Heather of McKinney, Texas, his wife Barbara Lois Johnson Stone, daughter Glory Leigh and son Connor Christian Stone of Franklin, TN., Mother- in-law Fonda (Honey) Johnson, Sister-in-law Dianne and her children Kipling and Erin all of Franklin, TN, Sisters Sandra Stone of Mesquite, TX, Tammy Groves and husband Richard of Terrell, TX, Pam Nelson and husband Steve of Forney, TX., and Brother Gary Stone and wife Susie of Forney, TX. Billy is also survived by a wonderful group of nephews and nieces, Jeramy, Ryan, Shauna, Jared, Steven, Jason, Ashley, Cheyenne, Sierra, Nikki, Courtney and Harlee Jo who loved the times they shared with their Uncle Billy. Billys life was also blessed by the relationships he had with his cousins and the many friendships he made in Nashville and Franklin Tennessee where he lived and raised his children, while continuing his dream to write and play music. Billys ashes will be spread not far from his Franklin, TN home in a place he loved.
