Preceded in death by great grandfather, Herbert James; great grandparents, Virgil & Mary Hancock; grandfather, Billy Joe James; great grandmother, Nora Elder Buzby; great grandfather, General Lowell Bates. Survived by mother & father, Billy Eugene James & Shariece Ann James; brother, Kevin Joseph James; sisters, Krystal Fowler, Rachell James; best friend, Kyle; grandparents, Don & Patsy Hancock, Ed & Betty Thomas; great grandmother, Alice James. Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday December 22, 2004, at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Everidge & Walter Haverman officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family at the Funeral Home for the funeral expenses of Billy James.
