He is preceded in death by parents, Cullom and Irene Duckworth sisters, Winnie Rorie and Rosie Boshart, son, Billy Eugene Duckworth, Jr. He is survived by wife, Jan Duckworth – 38 years and children; Gregg Duckworth and wife Kay, Shannon Duckworth and significant other Rhonda, Jerry Duckworth and wife Cindy, Cheryl Duckworth-Dotson-Hayes and husband Mack, Jeff Davis and wife Patti, Grand Children; Lauren Mullis, Taylor Duckworth, Weslee Duckworth, Mia Duckworth, Stephanie Duckworth, Heather Duckworth and Nathan Duckworth, Brooke Dotson, Katie Dotson and Matthew Dotson, Calli Davis and Hunter Davis, Extended Grand Children and Great Grandchildren; Brandon Hayes and wife and children, Nikki Hayes, Tasha Martinez and Nick Offutt, Ali Stone, Kaiden and Karma Raz and numerous nieces and nephews.
