Beverly Cox

COX, Beverly Frances of Garland, born April 17, 1935, passed away August 15, 2004. Mom was born and raised in Rhode Island. She was married in December of 1956. In August of 1958, Cheryl was born, in July of 1959, Cindy was born and Colleen was born in July of 1960.We were each born eleven months apart, so as you can imagine, Mom had her hands full.The older we got the fuller her hands got.From1984 to 1996 she had 8 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren. In 2000, she had a step-granddaughter.Everyone who knew our Mom knows what a dedicated and loving mom, grandmother, and friend she was. Preceded in death by father, Norman Graichen; sister, Gloria Bond & sister, Barbara Myers. Survived by mother, Gladys Graichen; sister, Mildred Crum; daughters, Cheryl & husband, Terry Graham; Cindy & husband, Larry Irby, Colleen & husband, Ed Nichols; grandchildren, Chris, Taylor, Kristi, Tara, Tyler, Ashley, Amber, Nikki, Emily, Brian and Eddie; great grandchild, Sarah. A memorial service will be held 6:00PM Thursday August 19, 2004, at the First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Belt Line Rd., Sunnyvale, TX. 75182, with David Griffin officiating.
