Benjamin Patrick Young

Benjamin Patrick Young was born October 5, 2002 in Dallas Texas and had his life cut short way too soon.He was a blessed addition to our family that has forever changed the Young household.Ben was the smartest and brightest young man that touched so many lives. He loved Soccer and was sought out by multiple colleges for his gifts.Ben’s club soccer team Solar was a huge support and provided the outlet for his passion of the game. Ben was an extremely talented artist which won an advanced placement award the week he passed away. Ben was a member of New Covenant United Methodist church of Sunnyvale, TX for his entire life and had made lifetime friends through his church travels and camps throughout his life. Ben is survived by his parents David R. and Tammie Young, Sister Alexis Young and Brother Mark Young. He was extremely proud of his little niece Zoey Young. He also had multiple aunts, uncles and cousins that loved him. Due to current circumstances, a graveside service will be help at New Hope Cemetery at 500 East Highway 80 Sunnyvale, TX on Monday May 4, 2020 at 2PM. We will be planning a Memorial service to celebrate Ben’s life when we are able to gather together. Anyone is invited to attend; however, it is requested that all Dallas County COVID-19 orders be observed, including social distancing and to wear face masks and gloves.
