Barbara Dale Carter Oswalt “Bobbye” was born June 25, 1938 in Monroe, Louisiana to her parents Mary Jane Porter and William Ivy Carter.Our sweet Bobbye went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 8, 2016. Bobbye is survived by her husband of almost 61 years, Oscar Oswalt. She is also survived by her daughter TJ Hankins, daughter Dee Ann Barnes and her husband Ken, son Doug Oswalt and his wife Beccie, and son Robert Saucedo.Bobbye is also survived by the loves of her life – 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Bobbye was a friend to everyone she met and leaves behind a legacy of people she touched with her wonderful encouragement and Christian beliefs.
