Arlene Kobos

Arlene Sherry Kobos, born on November 15, 1960, in Detroit, MI, passed away on December 15, 2024. A cherished wife to her husband Henry "Hank" Boltuc, Arlene will also be deeply missed by her sister Denise Kobos and brother-in-law Paul McPherson.

Over her remarkable career, Arlene dedicated 40 years to the food industry, where she made her mark as a distinguished Executive in food ingredients, seasonings, flavors and distribution. Her work took her across five continents, indulging her passion for sales and product development in the food technology world. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Arlene embraced life with a zest that was evident in her personal interests. She was an avid gardener, found joy in baking delicious treats, and loved the thrill of motorcycling as well as national politics. Personal fitness was also a significant part of her life, showcasing her dedication to health and well-being.

Arlene's vibrant spirit, wit and adventurous nature enriched the lives of those around her. Whether she was whipping up delightful baked goods or leading a business venture, she always brought her particular brand of warmth and joy. Her ability to connect with people, both personally and professionally, will be fondly remembered.
