KUYKENDALL, Anthony "Tony", born July 16, 1970, passed away January 5, 2004. Preceded in death by grandparents, Roland Kuykendall & Elnora Kuykendall, Doyce Edwards & Hazel Hooks. Survived by wife, Lom Otaka; step-daughter, Karina Otaka; father & stepmother, Dale & Fran Kuykendall of Forney; mother & step-father, Brenda & Mike Muras of Arlington; brother, Charles D. Kuykendall of Forney; step-brother, Joe Nathan Muras of LaGrange; step-grandfather, Bob Hooks of Eastland; special aunt, Barbara Rodgers of Forney; several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be 10:00AM Thursday, January 8, 2004, at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Lemons officiating. Interment will be in the DFW National Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
