Anna was a wonderful lady with a green thumb, she was called "flower girl", because she could get anything to grow and it was always beautiful from her touch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope Funeral Home for the funeral expenses. WELL , I DON T LIKE THESETHINGS. HOWEVER SOMEONE HAS TO DO THIS PART. ANNA LOUISESTEPHENS LUNDYJULY 6, 1944- APRIL 28 2005 ANNA PASSED THRU THE WESTERN GATE AT 7:00 ON THE MORNING OF APRIL 28 , 2005. AN EXCELLENT HAIRSTYLIST INHER CAREER. DURING THE 70's MARRIED AND TRAVELED TO GERMANY WITH HER HUSBAND. SHE WORKED IN A "GERMAN " LAUNDRY.SHE TRAVELED EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT EUROPE .SHE ALWAYS WANTED TO RETURN TO GERMANY FOR A VISIT. AFTER MARY BECAME "SICK " ANNA DEVOTED THE REMAINDER OF MARY'SLIFE TO CARING AND COMFORT .SHE SOLD HERHOUSE IN EAST RIDGE , INVESTED THE MONEY INTO THE FARM. WORKING ON A 485 ACRE FARM ,WITH 6 CHICKEN HOUSES, BETTER THAN MOST MEN THAT CAME TO WORK. BETTER AT ROLLING GRASS THAN MOST, HER BALES HAD TO BE "PRETTY". SHE WOULD JUMP ON A TRACTOR AND FEED THE COWS NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER WAS OR JUMP FROM THE TRUCK TO GRAB A NEWBORN CALF, THROW HIM ON THE GROUND AND CUT HIS "PRECIOUS FAMILY JEWELS" OUT, SO THEY WOULD PRODUCE MEAT RATHER THAN BONES AND REPAIR A BROKEN FEED LINE WITH EASE. COULD OPERATE ACAT 955 WITH THE BEST OR CHANGE A MESSY DIAPER OF A NEW BORN BABY. ALTHOUGH YOU HAD TO WATCH OUT FOR HER DRIVING AN AUTO JUST BEFORE MARY'S DEATH THEY SOLD THE 485 ACRE FARM AND THE PROCEEDS WERE COLLECTED BY A.C. HARRIS(MARY'S HUSBAND). AFTER MARY'S DEATH, ANNA WAS FORCED FROM HER HOME ON THE FARM BY LAWSUIT INSTITUTED BY A.C. HARRIS.SEVERAL OF HER FRIENDS RALLIED TO HELP IN THE MOVE. LATER ANNA RECEIVED A TRIVIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM THE "RIGGED" SALE OF THE LAST FARM AT WHICH TIME, ANNA "LOANED and\or GAVE" MOST ALL TO FRIENDS. DIED WITH NOTHING LEFT. ALWAYS A FRIEND TO THE UNDERDOG. USUALLY WITH AN OPEN EARFOR THOSE WHO NEEDED SOMEONE TO "TALK " AND YOU COULD BET THAT WHAT YOU TOLD HER WAS WITH HER TO THE GRAVE SOME SAY SHE WAS " NOT QUITE ALL HERE " THATIS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND ANNA. SOME TIME SHE WAS NOT ALL HERE . AND SOMETIMES "WEIRD". IFYOU KNEW HER WELL, YOU KNOW HER LIFE WAS SURROUNDEDWITH FLOWERS AND PLANTS," HER CHILDREN " SHE LOVED FLOWERS , PEOPLE AND "STUFF". WE WILL NEVER KNOW ALL THE ABUSE AND SUFFERING ,ANNA WAS FORCED TO CONTEND WITH. AS ANNA WAS A VERY "PRIVATE PERSON" SELDOM TO CRY OR WHINE. I PERSONALY THINK SHE MUST HAVE BEEN AN INFANTRY MAN IN A PAST LIFE.I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HER A "PURPLE HEART" THE LAST 4 YEARS OF HER LIFE SHE SPENT 3 OF GOING TO FRIENDS FOR ANTIBIOTICS FOR HERUPPER" RESPITORY INFECTION". so if you become sick DONOT "SELF" DIAGNOSE, SEE A DOCTOR. HER FRIENDS WOULD GIVE THEM TO HER AS THEY KNEW SHE DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE OR WAS NOT PHYSICALLY ABLE TO GET AJOB. THEN IN 2004 ANNA WENT TO VISIT TEXAS,JOYCE PROMPTED ANNA TO GO TO THE DOCTOR , WHERE UPONSHE AGAIN "SELF- DIAGNOSED HER SELF ". THE DOCTOR GAVE HER ANTIBIOTICS, A CALL WAS MADE TO THE DOCTOR AND ANNA WAS REQUESTED TO RETURN FOR SOME TEST. AT WHICH TIME SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH"CANCER " INOPERABLE LUNG ANDA TUMOR OF THE MAIN AORTIA ANDA TUMOR ON THE BRAIN. SHE SPENT MOST OF HER REMAINING DAYS RESIDING WITH JOYCE SEVERAL BOUTSIN AND OUT OF THE HOSPITAL, THE LAST TIME SHE JUST NEVER REGAINED AND CONTINUED "TOWARD THE WESTERN GATE". SUGAR and BETTY , SOME OF YOU KNOW HIM AS "MAN WITH WIND IN HIS HAIR"OUR BROTHER WENT TO BE WITH ANNA FORCOMFORT AND CARE24 / 7 AS SHE WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO CARE FOR HER SELF. SUGAR IS A BETTER MAN FOR HIS EXPERIENCE AND TELLING ANNA ABOUT WHAT GOD WANTED AND SAID ABOUT "LIFE" CARING FOR ANNA TILL THE END I DON T KNOW WHEREANNA WILL SPEND ETERNITY.THERE IS A GOD AND ANNA WILL SURELY BE HIS "GARDNER". I AM TRUELY SADDENED , ALTHOUGH HAPPY THAT ANNA WILL NO LONGER SUFFER OR BE IN PAIN AND MISERY. P.S. WE WILL DO AN REMEMBERANCE FOR ANNA ON JUNE 28 THRU JULY 7.ATHIGHUPONTHEMTN.
