DAVIS, JR., Allen of Mesquite, born December 6, 1937, passed away April 25, 2007. Preceded in death by parents, Allen & Ruby Davis; sister, Velma Burnett; brother, John Davis. Survived by wife of 50 years, Peggy; children, Brenda Palmer & husband, Larry, John Davis & wife, Janie; grandchildren, Leslie Davis & fiance', Jason House, John Davis & wife, Rachelle, Jason Davis, Todd Palmer, Jessyca Davis; great grandchildren, Blake & Brookelyn Davis; sister, Mary Bell; sister-in-law, Anita Beard; brother-in-law, Jimmy Hall; numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 11:00AM Saturday April 28, 2007, at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends Friday at the funeral home from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
