Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on March 30, 1932, Dr. Acosta excelled academically and graduated with honors as one of the top three students at the University of Puerto Rico in biochemistry. Dr. Agustin Acosta is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Lydia Acosta; devoted son David Acosta; caring daughter Marla Howell and son-in-law Brian Howell; cherished granddaughter Brianna Turner; loving great-grandson Preston Brand and nephew Joe Acosta. His legacy of kindness and exceptional medical care will be eternally remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
